Shiva Glass Group: One Custom ERP Connecting Three Brands — HR, Sales, Production & Dispatch, All in One System
Shiva Glass Group operates three distinct brands out of Ludhiana — Shiva Glass House (glass orders & fabrication), Treno (aluminium railings, wardrobes, and washroom systems), and Aluminio (door and window systems). Digital Darzee has been their custom software partner since 2024, building a single connected ERP that covers every business function across all three brands — from a sales lead entering the CRM to the finished product leaving the factory gate.
One ERP covering all business units
Ongoing partnership — system still expanding

How the Three Brands Are Mapped in the System
Each brand operates independently but shares the same ERP infrastructure — meaning one HR system, one payroll, one report layer, but separate order books and production flows.

What Was Broken Before — Across All Three Brands
Sales Leads Tracked on Paper and WhatsApp
Enquiries from clients, architects, and dealers came in across phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Each salesperson maintained their own follow-up system. Leads fell through gaps. There was no way to know the conversion rate, which salesperson was following up, or where a client was in the sales process.
Production Scheduled in Someone’s Head
For custom glass cutting, aluminium fabrication, and Treno installation projects — the production schedule existed in the production manager’s head and on a whiteboard. No visibility for sales or management. Order priority changed based on who asked loudest, not what was most urgent.
HR and Payroll Across Three Businesses — All Manual
Employees across Shiva Glass House, Treno, and Aluminio were tracked in separate registers. Attendance was a daily paper entry. Salary calculation happened at month-end with a calculator and Excel — error-prone, time-consuming, and impossible to audit.
No Cross-Brand Visibility for Management
The owner had no single view of all three businesses. Sales performance, production backlog, HR headcount, and financial outstanding — each required asking someone and waiting for a manually compiled answer.
Sales CRM — From Lead to Won Order
Every enquiry captured at entry — source, salesperson, product interest, project scale. Followed through quotation, negotiation, and closure.

HR & Payroll Dashboard — All Three Brands, One System
Employee records, daily attendance, leave management, and salary calculation — for every employee across Shiva Glass House, Treno, and Aluminio — managed in one place.
How the System Was Built — Phase by Phase
This is an ongoing partnership — not a one-time delivery. Each phase added new capabilities as the team adapted to the system.
Phase 1 — Early 2024
Foundation: HR, Attendance & Payroll
Started with the highest-friction problem — manual HR across three entities. Built employee master, daily attendance, leave management, and salary calculation. First system the team used every day from week one.
Phase 2 — Mid 2024
Sales CRM: Lead to Quotation to Order
Added the sales layer — lead capture, site visit logging, quotation generation (PDF), follow-up reminders, and won/lost tracking. All three brands’ salespeople now log every enquiry in the same system.
Phase 3 — Late 2024
Production & Dispatch: Order to Delivery
Connected won orders to production scheduling. Each order entered a production queue visible to fabrication teams. Dispatch logged with delivery confirmation. Management saw order status end-to-end for the first time.
Phase 4 — 2025, Ongoing
Inventory, Reports & Management Dashboard
Raw material and profile inventory added across brands. Management dashboard built — owner sees all three brands’ pipeline, production status, HR summary, and outstanding on one screen. New modules added as needs arise.
